Description:
currently, the bootstrap builds with mboot, but never rebuilds m2 with itself.

It would be good to be able to build m2 with itself and include that step in the bootstrap.

This would also make development quicker as you could build a single component and install it into your installation rather than having to re-bootstrap on changes.
