new dependency package to build Trafodion libuuid-devel

Hi, Trafodion developers,

I merged a new change into Trafodion, it depends on libuuid-devel.
So one has to install it on the development machine now.

sudo yum install libuuid-devel

I have updated the Wiki.  https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/TRAFODION/Create+Build+Environment#CreateBuildEnvironment-InstallRequiredPackages
