I'm sorry, but this is not the place to resolve the problem :(

If Oracle supplies the Apache-based server, contact Oracle.  Note also that SSL
support for Apache-1.3 is not maintained here either, so beyond the ancient
release and not knowing exactly what Oracle supplies, your problem appears to be
in a component that we don't supply.

FWIW, Apache 2 includes mod_ssl for SSL support.
