[Hyper-v] Can't type Special character in console view

Steps to Reproduce:
================
1.Bring up CS with Hyperv cluster
2.Wait for the CPVM to come up
3.Deploy guest vm with default cent os template
4.Try accessing the system/guest vms console from CS
5.Login and try to type special characters
Result:

Can't type the special characters(Shift+(1-9,0)) and also other characters like below:
