As far as I can tell, this was committed in r6695.  (Which, to be fair,
is three months later.  But despite Branko's objections, your patch was
eventually accepted.)

Three lines (that's the size of my patch) equals three months for 
committing - now imagine me writing a patch which implements a new 
feature ;)
