Allow for setting typesystemname when using XmlBeans

Allow for setting the typesystemname when using XmlBeans with:
- the axis2-wsdl2code-maven-plugin
- the Ant task
- the Eclipse codegen plugin
similar to the fix for AXIS2-926.
Anyone who uses e.g. the axis2-wsdl2code-maven-plugin, has a
couple of WSDL files in his/her project, and has run mvn site several
times knows that you would really want this option. Otherwise you end
up with hundreds and hundreds of megabytes of useless
.../resources/schemaorg_apache_xmlbeans/system/s0... directories, all
slightly different. (A similar situation would arise for those using Ant.)
