[Bug 122694] [Fup to 118986] Save as RTF/reload is slow and sometimes wrong

ALG: A short profiling with VerySleepy on Win7 32bit AOO4 shows that STRING&
STRING::Append( STRCODE c ) uses 100% of time, so I would guess import of
binary data embedded to RTF is not optimal.
