Dynamic localization

Hello,

  How can one change localization dynamically while the program is running? This is very easy to do in Flex.

There's no standard way to do this. You'll just need to structure your application such that it is easy to reload the BXML files that define your application's UI. It shouldn't be terribly difficult.
