[RESULT] [VOTE] Release Maven Changes plugin version 2.1

Hi,
The vote has passed with the following result :
3 +1 (binding) ; snicoll, evenisse, olamy.
1 +1 (non-binding) :  bellingard.

I will move artifacts to the central repo.
