---------------------------------

    Resolution: Fixed

Resolved for C: only, if anyone wants to make this work for D:,E:, ... please reopen it.
I am considering the current fix 'good enough'

> local windows paths to plugins are git cloned
> ---------------------------------------------
>
> Key: CB-6128
> URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CB-6128
> Project: Apache Cordova
> Issue Type: Bug
> Components: Plugman
> Reporter: Jesse MacFadyen
> Assignee: Jesse MacFadyen
>
> plugman fetch is only checking for the file: protocol on specified plugins so
> This works :
> `plugman install --plugin ./myplugin `
> This does not :
> `plugman install --plugin c:/repos/myplugin `
> If the plugin folder is a git repo, then it is locally cloned, and used, which does actually work, but if you are working on it, you will have to commit every time you test to always clone the latest.
