Some XML schemas require the signature to be at a specific position. For example, in a SAML assertion, the signature is after the Issuer element (schema here: http://docs.oasis-open.org/security/saml/v2.0/saml-schema-assertion-2.0.xsd).
I couldn't find a way with the new StAX API to insert the signature at another place than the first child of the root element. It would be great to be able to configure the position.
