For the 2.3.1 build of uima-as, we renamed the top level to apache-uima-as (from
apache-uima).
Scanning the uima-as source finds some instances of apache-uima that need to be
replaced. For instance, there is in the eclipseProject, a directory, which has
settings for the javadoc_location, which is not correct.
The README says the docs are in docs/pdf/ ... in 2 places; this should read
something like docs/d/ ...
