[PATCH] TermVectorReader and TermVectorWriter

TermVectorReader.close() closes all streams now under any condition. If an
excpetion is catched, it is remembered an thrown when all streams are closed.
Unnecessary variable assignment removed from code. 
Fix typo in TermVectorReader and TermVectorWriter.
