Launch openoffice then new a Impress
Insert a graphic into the impress
Select the graphic, set it position to the a very small negative value:
Acutal Results : graphic option not available in insert tab.
Expected Results : graphic option should be available in insert tab.

This report is a strange riddle. Can your please explain your intentions?
a) Your screenshot shows view on a writer document, but your step by step
instruction is concerning an Impress document. Background?
b) what ms_interoperability issue do you see?
c) Where do you see App Dev / api relation? The report looks like Impress / UI
d) please be more precise. What is "a graphic"? picture.png? or what else?
e) What is a very small negative value? And what is "Position"? X?, Y? both?
f) For what is "set it position to the a very small negative value"? Is the
"graphic" option available before that step?
g) And what is "The graphic option"? Something like the 'Picture' dialog in
WRITER?
