In JCRVLT-809 reading the property definitions and nodetype definitions has been moved into the constructor the EffectiveNodeType class, which improved performance.

But when this class is instantiated, not both definitions are always required. So the reading of these definitions should be made lazy, and they should only be read (once) when they were required.
