ElasticSearchSink questions about HTTPS and Authentication..

How does the current ElasticSearchSink work with ElasticSearch.. is it connecting via HTTP on port 9200, or does it want to connect into the cluster and become a member of the cluster? If its connecting via HTTP, does it support authentication or SSL?
