Odd... Works on my machine. I wish we could remove the JPA tests (and we did that on trunk), but 3.0 branch is our "jpa archive", so they have to stay there..

I am fine either way. Just wanted to point out that we probably don't care about the issues with JPA tests at all.

I don't think that is necessary. Hudson can be a bit inconsistent if builds happen on a new slave, but it is still useful to know about possible issues rather than mask them by removing the tests.
