[jira] [Created] (NIFI-1498) putFile - Flowfiles routed to failure
relationship produce INFO level log messages
Matthew Clarke created NIFI-1498:
------------------------------------
Summary: putFile - Flowfiles routed to failure relationship produce INFO level log messages
Key: NIFI-1498
URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/NIFI-1498
Project: Apache NiFi
Issue Type: Bug
Components: Core Framework
Affects Versions: 0.4.1
Environment: 0.4.2-SNAPSHOT
Mac - Yosemite 10.10.5
Reporter: Matthew Clarke
Priority: Minor
INFO level log messages are produced when FlowFiles are routed to the failure relationship. I feel anytime a FlowFile is routed to a "failure" relationship, a WARN level log message/bulletin should be produced to notify user of the unexpected routing. In this case I am seeing INFO level log messages when a FlowFile is routed to failure because target directory already contains file with the same filename.
