andygrove opened a new issue, #2780:
URL: https://github.com/apache/arrow-datafusion/issues/2780

**Is your feature request related to a problem or challenge? Please describe what you are trying to do.**
I overcomplicated the design of the FilterNullJoinKey rule. There is no need to check for a combination of null and non-null join keys. Instead, we just need to add filters for any join key that is nullable.

   **Describe the solution you'd like**
Just add filters for nullable keys on either side.

   **Describe alternatives you've considered**
   None

   **Additional context**
   None
