Testing the build

Hi!

I have encounter the following when I test the build using the
instruction of README in tomcat respository:

C:\cvshome\build\tomcat>bin\startup
Using CLASSPATH:
.\classes;.\lib\ANT.JAR;.\lib\SERVLET.JAR;.;C:\jdk1.3\lib\tools
.jar;C:\jaxp1.0.1\jaxp.jar;C:\jaxp1.0.1\parser.jar;C:\jdk1.3\lib\tools.jar

Starting Tomcat in new window
C:\cvshome\build\tomcat>bin\shutdown
Using CLASSPATH:
.\classes;.\lib\ANT.JAR;.\lib\SERVLET.JAR;.;C:\jdk1.3\lib\tools
.jar;C:\jaxp1.0.1\jaxp.jar;C:\jaxp1.0.1\parser.jar;C:\jdk1.3\lib\tools.jar

Stopping Tomcat.
C:\cvshome\build\tomcat>bin\tomcat ant -buildfile conf\test-tomcat.xml
Using CLASSPATH:
.\classes;.\lib\ANT.JAR;.\lib\SERVLET.JAR;.;C:\jdk1.3\lib\tools
.jar;C:\jaxp1.0.1\jaxp.jar;C:\jaxp1.0.1\parser.jar;C:\jdk1.3\lib\tools.jar

Buildfile: conf\test-tomcat.xml

BUILD FAILED

conf\test-tomcat.xml:1: Unexpected attribute "init"

Total time: 0 seconds

Is it the normal behaviour?
