DO NOT REPLY [Bug 118436] Is it correct that a huge "program" soffice.bin should appear as a resident task?

It's normal that there is a soffice.exe and -.bin running. I can't confirm that
soffice.bin is a "resident permanent task". It's not a common OOo problem. I
would assume that this is caused by the windows task management. Copuld it be
that you have activated the OOo Quickstarter?
