Fwd: Updating the Subversion project description

Hello,

I think I'm not subscribed so please CC me in any replies...

I'd like to make sure that Subversion's project description is updated
systemwide.

For example, the ASF Board Report Wizard for Apache Subversion
auto-fills this as the project description:

The Apache Subversion project is responsible for the creation and maintenance
of software related to version control.
]]]

However, for many years, we are using this description, which is both
more descriptive and better expresses what we do:

[[[
The Apache Subversion® version control system exists to be universally
recognized and adopted as an open-source, centralized version control
solution characterized by its reliability as a safe haven for valuable
data; the simplicity of its model and usage; and its ability to
support the needs of a wide variety of users and projects, from
individuals to large-scale enterprise operations.
]]]

How/where can the default description be changed to ensure the above
will auto-fill in the future?
