I updated/added docs. The question is how the textual format should look like. Currently JodaTime's default formats are used, which are fine from a scientific perspecive, but IMO not so user friendlcy... WDYT?

I'd prefer things to stay as they are - let's go live with it 0.3 and
collect any user feedback.
