> For INAETICS it is necessary to restrict the scope of the exported and imported services. For export this means that additional properties shall be send to the RSA for publishing the service description. For import this means that a discovered service is only imported if it fulfills the import scoping rules. The proposal is to add a ScopeService to the topologyManager. The topologyManager_exportService and importService can use this scope. An external ScopeManager can use this service to adapt the scope
