[jira] [Created] (TS-4406) The % log tag now always shows http/1.1

Leif Hedstrom created TS-4406:
---------------------------------

Summary: The %<cqpv> log tag now always shows http/1.1
                 Key: TS-4406
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/TS-4406
             Project: Traffic Server
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: Logging
            Reporter: Leif Hedstrom

As of commitaf76977adb9f3c0296a2 (TS-3612) , the %<cqpv> log now always shows http/1.1. Whereas before, it would show http/2 if the session negotiated H2. Assuming this isn't intentional (cause if it is, it should be moved out to 7.0.0), this is is a blocker for 6.2.0 release IMO.
