Duplicate setter/getters for org.apache.wicket.settings.IExceptionSettings.UnexpectedExceptionDisplay

Hi,

Both IRequestCycleSettings and IExceptionSettings have setter/getter
for org.apache.wicket.settings.IExceptionSettings.UnexpectedExceptionDisplay.
Only the latter getter is really used in DefaultExceptionMapper.

I'll remove the setter and getter in IRequestCycleSettings in 6.0 and
mark it deprecated in 1.5 unless someone gives a good reason to keep
them.
