The LBNL is [https://spdx.org/licenses/BSD-3-Clause-LBNL.html] and can be added to resolved.html. PR opened: https://github.com/apache/www-site/pull/192

The DHB one is a generified version of the LBNL, but I'm guessing one that only they are using.
