Lets set the java.io.tmpdir property in the karaf-wrapper.conf file as we do when launching karaf from [bin/karaf|https://github.com/apache/karaf/blob/f47a2243462ff434abf5e59bd7738fb0b54a06ec/assemblies/features/base/src/main/filtered-resources/resources/bin/karaf#L272]. This will avoid problems when it's set to an invalid value.
