**BUG REPORT**
1. Please describe the issue you observed:
- What did you do (the steps to reproduce)?
Create `MessageQueryByPage` with a page size between 2 and 9 and call `getPageSize()`.
- What did you expect to see?
The class declares `MIN_PAGE_SIZE = 10`, so every smaller value should be normalized to 10.
- What did you see instead?
Only values less than or equal to 1 are normalized. Values 2 through 9 are returned unchanged and bypass the declared lower bound.
2. Please tell us about your environment:
- apache/rocketmq-dashboard master
- baseline commit `770822bbc812bfd0c2a94aa0128ab6f59b50d076`
- JDK 17
3. Other information:
The boundary condition should compare the requested size directly with `MIN_PAGE_SIZE`. Regression coverage should include 0, 1, 2, 9, 10, 100, and 101.
