flink jar包任务如何读取hdfs配置文件

rt flink jar任务 在一个yarn集群上运行 要将数据写入另一个hdfs集群 
会报错
Caused by: java.net.UnknownHostException: xxx-hdfs
有办法让jar包任务读取加载该集群的配置文件么
