Current behavior - In the Struts example (MailReader Demonstration) when I try 
to enter japanese user name in the login page I get a validation error, but, 
the japanese text comes back all garbled up.

Expected behavior - japanese text should not be garbled up

For il8n to work character encoding filter is needed. Please see URL above.
