I am not certain to interpret correctly what this code snippet is supposed
to do:

	SimpleDateFormat.getInstance().format( 
			new Date(), 
			XSPRequestHelper.getParameter("time-formt",
"hh:mm:ss") 
	) 
</xsp:expr>
