FTP task should log which remote directories it is using

Summary: FTP task should log which remote directories it is using
           Product: Ant
           Version: 1.6.2
          Platform: All
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Enhancement
          Priority: Other
         Component: Optional Tasks
        AssignedTo: dev@ant.apache.org
        ReportedBy: rob.griffin@oz.quest.com

When running in verbose mode the FTP task logs entries like this:

[ftp] logging in to FTP server
      [ftp] login succeeded
      [ftp] changing the remote directory
      [ftp] sending files
[ftp] File C:\mylocalfile copied to xxx.yyy.com

Debugging would be easier if the remote directory name was printed afer
'changing the remote directory'
