[jira] Created: (CONTINUUM-689) User settings permission

User settings permission
------------------------

         Key: CONTINUUM-689
         URL: http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/CONTINUUM-689
     Project: Continuum
        Type: Improvement

  Components: Core system
    Versions: 1.0.3
    Reporter: Felipe Leme

There should be a permission that allows the user to change his information (like email and password) - right now either the user has no permission to do it or it has full access to user/group management.
