DO NOT REPLY [Bug 44684] New: 32 libexpat used instead of 64 bit

This is on Redhat EL v5 ( 2.6.18-53.el5), 64bit.

"make" errors out with 

/usr/lib/libexpat.so: could not read symbols: File in wrong format

This was reported in Bug 28205, and a patch to build.orig/apu-conf.m4 for
apr-util v1.2.8 was provided. However, this patch will not successfully apply
to apu-conf.m4 in version 1.2.12 of apr-util.

This patch *is* part of apr-util 1.2.12.
