The only sample that builds/runs and is documented is the Calculator sample.  Do we need more than this sample (as there are currently 14 client/server (array, base, bench, calculator, doclitfault, element, enumeration, groupB, ref, rpcfault, session, ssl_client, testHandler, transportProperties samples) and if so which and why?
