Using web services

Hi,

I'm trying to build a test plan with Web Services, but the Web Methos
is not being populated.

I add a thread group, then a Web Services sampler, and then, at the
WSDL URL field, I enter

http://www.nanonull.com/TimeService/TimeService.asmx?WSDL

Then I click on the Load WSDL, but nothing happens.

Am I missing something here?

Thanks!

Yes, the new version you sent me fixed the problems I had populating
the Web Service Sample screen after entering the WSDL URL. It did not
work using version 2.0.2.

Hi Peter,

I've downloaded the mail.jar and the activation.jar and put them at
the lib directory.
Nothing at the jmeter.log.

Should I change the log level somehow?

Thanks

please make sure you download activation.jar and mail.jar from SUN, if
you don't already have it.

the webservice sampler requires those jar files. once you have the
required jar files, it should work. are you seeing a specific error in
the jmeter.log file?

I had similar problems tesing my .Net Web Services. The operations
did not populate. This problem seemed to be fixed in a newer build
(newer than the 2.0.2 release).
