[RESULT][VOTE] Release of Apache Griffin 0.6.0

Thanks to everyone who has tested the release candidate and given their
comments and votes.

The tally is as follows.

6 binding votes for +1:
 - Chitral Verma
 - Grant Guo
 - Kun Wan
 - Kevin Yao
 - Eugene Liu
 - He Wang

1 non-binding votes for +1:
 - Tushar Patil

None 0s or -1s.


Therefore I am delighted to announce that the proposal to release Apache
Griffin 0.6.0 has passed.

We will publish the release soon.
