We currently distribute 25_body_tests_es.cf and 25_body_tests_pl.cf --
two contributed rulesets for Spanish-language and Polish-language
spam respectively.
However, we have no way to QA these rules, or determine if their scores
make sense, because we just don't have enough mail (ham *or* spam) to
measure them.
I suggest we break them out into entries on
http://wiki.apache.org/spamassassin/CustomRulesets , and remove them
from the core distribution. Now that we have sa-update, RDJ, etc.,
there's really no need for them to be in-core, and I think it'd
be better that way.

+1 on moving what looks useful to the CustomRulesets page and just dropping
anything that looks to be no-longer useful. With no way to ensure the quality
of non-English rules, we're better off without them.

Yeah, I'm actually +1 on removing all language specific rulesets out, even the
rule description translations. We generally don't have any way to keep up with
this stuff, so I'd rather just remove it for now.
If down the road we get people who really want to work on a specific language
version, we can always add it in via the rules project w/ a language-specific
channel or something.

I've just gone through the dependency bugs -- all were either FIXED or
WORKSFORME at this stage. that removes the urgency, really.
does anyone want to do this for 3.2.0? (let's move it off the milestone otherwise.)

I'd actually like to keep a small subset of infrequently-changing translation
data -- ie. just the report text, but not the (frequently-changing) rule
descriptions.

OK, I've moved 25_body_tests_pl.cf out onto a CustomRulesets page.
25_body_tests_es.cf, I can find no sign of! looks like we lost it somewhere
along the way ;)
Regarding the descriptions -- to be honest I'm happy to leave it as it is, with
some rules described in foreign langs and some not. I think that situation is OK.
(Ideally I'd like more descriptions in other languages but if we can't get em,
c'est la vie, and something is better than nothing.)
anyway, reducing priority -- the 25_body_tests_pl.cf/25_body_tests_es.cf issue
was what I really wanted to deal with urgently.
