    FALCON-2127: Falcon regression compilation issue and deleting depricated recipe test cases

    This fix deletes the recipe bases test cases since the recipes are deprecated and moving to server side extensions. Also fixes the current falcon regression compilation issues. 

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull https://github.com/muraliramasami/FALCON-2127 master

Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:

    https://github.com/apache/falcon/pull/275.patch

To close this pull request, make a commit to your master/trunk branch
