You do not have permission to extract text - Yes, I have read the faq!

Hi,

I would like to know why I get this exception from PDFBox when
commercial PDF tools I am comparing PDFBox against do not have this
issue and always extract text regardless. Why can PDFBox not do the
same? Thanks.
