[Issue 127258] New: Capitalisation failure when character preceded by " or (

https://bz.apache.org/ooo/show_bug.cgi?id=127258

          Issue ID: 127258
        Issue Type: DEFECT
Summary: Capitalisation failure when character preceded by " or
                    (
           Product: Writer
           Version: 4.1.3
          Hardware: PC
                OS: Windows 10
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: Minor
          Priority: P5 (lowest)
         Component: formatting
          Assignee: issues@openoffice.apache.org
          Reporter: vjrstevens@btinternet.com
  Target Milestone: ---

A minor issue:

If one uses Format --> Change Case --> Capitalise every word where
the operand is a string with brackets or inverted commas immediately preceding
a lower case letter, capitalisation of that letter fails.

A good "idea" is... becomes A Good "idea" Is...

Minor, but I am sure unintended.

--- Comment #1 from Marcus <ma...@apache.org> ---
I've played a bit with other combinations:

Tell Me "hello" 'hello' “hello“ (hello) {hello} [hello] <hello> |hello /hello
\hello ?hello .hello ,hello ;hello :hello +hello *hello ~hello #hello !hello
§hello $hello %hello &hello =hello 'hello `hello -hello _hello 1hello 0hello
World

It seems it's in general not working when the word is followed immediately
after a non-alphabetical character. And it's also occuring on Linux.

Therefore I've changed the issue type, hardware and OS. However, I second that
it should be analyzed if it can be improved.
