[I] [Bug] tooltip.trigger=axis时没有效果 [echarts]

   tooltip.trigger=item鼠标移入，是有正常效果的，设置为axis时，鼠标移入没有效果；改为axis后，原显示item值的dom的地方没有内容。

   鼠标移入柱状图，没有显示tooltip对应的内容。

   1、如果 `myChart` 是用的 `ref`，需要去掉改用普通变量或者 `shallowRef`
   2、如果使用了按需导入，是否有 import 并 use `TooltipComponent`

   did you try [appendTo](https://echarts.apache.org/en/option.html#tooltip.appendTo) ?
   Also, Minimal Reproduction is to show bug code, not the desired result.
