Undocumented VelocityTools dependencies

Hi,

there are two dependencies not documentet in [1]:
- Apache Oro
- Apache Commons Chain

For which usecases or tools do I need to import these two dependencies?

Hmm.  Apache Oro is, i believe, only used by Velocity Engine when you
are using certain EventHandlers.  Commons Chain is a Struts
dependency.  Thanks for catching these.  I'll get them added.
