APR Trunk: testprocmutex

Hi guys,

I've been testing apr-trunk (mostly with subversion),
but also just running make check:

Linux tynix 2.6.38-10-generic #46-Ubuntu SMP Tue Jun 28 15:07:17 UTC 2011 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

igalic@tynix /tmp/build/apr/test % time ./testall testprocmutex
testprocmutex       : SUCCESS
All tests passed.
./testall testprocmutex  0.04s user 0.04s system 7% cpu 1.104 total


FreeBSD beasdix 8.2-RELEASE FreeBSD 8.2-RELEASE #0: Thu Feb 17 02:41:51 UTC 2011     root@mason.cse.buffalo.edu:/usr/obj/usr/src/sys/GENERIC  amd64
igalic@beasdix /tmp/build/apr/test (svn)-[trunk:1149693] % time ./testall testprocmutex
testprocmutex       : SUCCESS
All tests passed.
./testall testprocmutex  0.23s user 0.93s system 0% cpu 4:01.20 total

Now, while beasdix is a KVM running on tynix, I think that's
a bad excuse for this poor performance.
Running it in truss it shows that it's hanging in a select loop
