Review Comment:
   It's possible that this rule can work with JUnit 5. Try these two steps:
   - Add `testImplementation('org.junit.jupiter:junit-jupiter-migrationsupport')` to geode-core's build.gradle file.
   - Add `@EnableRuleMigrationSupport` to the test class.
