VSNetBeans release in January

Hi,
I plan to release NetBeans VSCode based on NetBeans 16.0 in a week or two.
It will be based https://github.com/apache/netbeans/tree/vsnetbeans_1603 branched from master today. 
There are several fixes I would like to get out sooner than 17 release date.
