   ### Description
   
   Because SeaTunnel Engine is the internal engine of SeaTunnel, So we will use the `SeaTunnelClient` class in seatunnel-seatunnel-starter. In this case, the submitssion of jobs and the monitoring of job status are all in seatunnel-seatunnel-starter. Therefore, seatunnel-seatunnel-starter process will only close after the job is end(Success or Failed). People can cancel job by exit the seatunnel-seatunnel-starter process.
