   @borisstoyanov @DaanHoogland @rafaelweingartner thanks for reviewing, I made some refactor to prevent cases in which a host state is 'PrepareForMaintenance' forever. Instead of that, when we detect migrations have failed, host state is set to 'ErrorInMaintenance'
