Finally I found a way to let xslt transformations get the trademark symbol (and have it good for html output), 
so I just committed updated pages to resolve point 3 and 4, and regenerate all web site pages.
Changes will be visible in the real web site after an svn update, and after some hours ...

Note: when regenerating the site, the version is taken from the build.properties file in pivot trunk, so before regenerating it, change it to the current version and not commit it, for example change it to 2.0.1 temporary, then revert local changes to that file.

So this is the updated TODO list:

1) Looks like the site navigation needs some additional links to "Sponsorship", "Thanks",
and "Security". We have some of these on second-level pages, but not in the main nav. They'll
have to go in the bottom nav since there's no place to put them at the top.

2) We're supposed to add a trademark symbol to the logo, but I'm not sure how we might do
that. Maybe we can get in touch with Thien who designed the original logo for help.

3) The introductory text needs to include a "TM" symbol:
"Apache Pivot� is an open-source platform..."

4) This needs to be added to the page footer:
"Apache Pivot, Pivot, Apache, and the Apache Pivot project logo are trademarks of The Apache Software Foundation."

5) Finally, it looks like we'll need a DOAP file:
